In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge β€œIntricateβ€œ:

Hello readers!

As you noticed, I couldn’t decide which picture suited this challenge the best. So I finally came up with FOUR pictures for it! πŸ˜‰

This lovely gold wrist cuff that I found at a flea market in Mumbai πŸ™‚

This ethnic silver ring from New Delhi πŸ™‚

Lovely chandeliers at a Mumbai restaurant πŸ™‚

Me wearing long, intricate dangle-style earrings. So sorry about the poor picture quality! I will put up a better resolution picture of these earrings asap πŸ˜€

So what do you think about these photos? Do they match the challenge? πŸ™‚

Motion Blur

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge β€œMotionβ€œ:

I took this shot using a Canon dslr camera (1100D).

I love this picture because it was my first attempt at clicking a night photo that captured motion blur, and I think it turned out well πŸ™‚

Enjoy the photo! πŸ˜€

So Rewarding

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge “Reward“:

Nubra Valley

Nubra Valley

The Nubra Valley in Ladakh (India) is lined with ginormous mountains! I have posted this picture before on my blog, but couldn’t resist posting it again. This picture always mesmerises me πŸ™‚

I found it very rewarding to be able to see all of this and capture it on camera. The tranquility of this place is pure, and a welcome break from city life..

Ps. Humans for scale. (Not the group. The two tiny specks on the right! πŸ˜‰

The Rule of Thirds

Black Terror

Black Terror

I took this shot using an 1100D Canon DSLR. Shot in monochrome mode, this picture hasn’t been retouched πŸ™‚

And oh, this guy was easily 4-5 inches across. Quite obvious why I didn’t go closer and zoomed in instead! :’D

Mumbai Central Railway Station

Mumbai Central Railway Station

I took this shot using my Karbonn Titanium S1 phone. It has a 5 megapixel camera with average picture quality. But after editing it using the Pixlr android app, this picture looks a little more enhanced!

I feel that this picture could have been shot better, and I should have aligned the center better, But seeing that there was a constant river of people sweeping me away, I guessed it would have to do πŸ˜‰

This post comes a little too late in response to the challenge, but I hope you enjoyed it πŸ™‚
